Swansea absolutely annihilated Bradford 5-0 to take the Capital One Cup trophy at Wembley.
Goals from Michu, Nathan Dyer (2) and Jonathan De Guzman (2) gave the Swans the famous win.
It was a fairy tale ending for the South Wales team that has struggled in recent times, in their centenary season.
It was 10 years ago when a 4-2 win over Hull saved Swansea from relegation from the Football League. Since then, they have climbed up the leagues, made a few great managerial decisions and have now entered Europe - the prize for winning the League Cup is a place in the Europa League.
Jubilant celebrations followed the final whistle, and both Ashley Williams and Garry Monk had great smiles on their faces as they lifted the trophy.
In other games, Man City beat Chelsea2-0, while Newcastle beat Southampton 4-2.
