Men's singles champion Roger Federer lost in the quarter-final lost to 12th seed Tomas Berdych 6-4 3-6
6-1 6-4. Also Venus Williams lost 6-2 6-3 to Tsvetana Pironkova. Luckily for Britiain Andy Murray beat Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and booked a place in the semi-finals against Rafa Nadal.

amazing isn't it? Federer and venus out on the same day, who would've guessed it? At least we should get some interesting finals this year...
