Yeovil and Brentford booked their places in the League One play-off final earlier today.
Yeovil, down 1-0 from the first leg against Sheffield United, scored two without reply to secure a 2-1 aggregate win and a place in the Wembley final.
Brentford, however, had a bumpier route to the final. A stoppage-time penalty helped them go into the second leg against Swindon at 1-1, they scored two quick goals to go ahead 2-0, before Adam Rooney, who had put the first goal into his own net, gave Swindon hope with a goal.
Clayton Donaldson then scored his second of the game, before Swindon again clawed back a goal for a 3-2 deficit.
It stayed like that for most of the second half, before a last second goal for Swindon took it to extra-time.
The extra-time period stayed at 3-3, and penalties was the outcome.
Simon Moore saved Miles Storey's shot before Adam Forshaw scored to erupt Griffin Park.
