Harry Redknapp has taken over from Mark Hughes as the new QPR boss.
Rangers sit bottom of the Premier League table, the only club to still not have won a Premier League game this season.
But Redknapp, 65, is no stranger to a tough challenge, having taken over at Tottenham in 2008 with the team 19th.
Mark Hughes was dismissed on Friday.
